hi, i’m kristi

I’m a midwest-based design director with a background in marketing, branding, e-commerce and sports. These days, you’ll find me managing the in-house design team at Church & Dwight, building strategy-led creative for some of the world’s most loved consumer brands.

BACKGROUND

I’ve spent the last 15+ years working across consumer goods and sports, leading creative work that connects – whether that’s a click, a conversion, or a moment that sticks. My background spans marketing, design, brand strategy, and creative direction, and I’ve built and led teams that can tell a story and know how to get sh*t done.

I’ve negotiated Olympic brand sponsorships, art directed photoshoots ranging from celebrities to tiny talent, designed jerseys live during the NFL Draft, and executed major creative projects such as Super Bowl activations and innovative product launches – on time and on brief.

I’ve worked with sports properties like the NFL, Colts, Vikings, Titans, Redskins, Super Bowl, USGA, NHRA, and USA Volleyball, and I've helped bring brands like Coach, Arm & Hammer, OxiClean, TheraBreath, vitafusion, Nair, Harley Davidson, and Batiste to life online and on shelf.

Big-picture thinking meets hands-on hustle. My name is Kristi – nice to meet you.
